Smart Puzzle, Inc. is a time management, productivity and personal effectiveness training and company in San Jose, California. Through corporate training and executive coaching, we show ambitious executives and professionals how to reach their top goals faster and more easily. Our trainings use TimeFlow™ principles. We are committed to providing the best support and accountability for clients to maintain and improve their time management systems. We also help foster a higher sense of well-being within corporate cultures, help to lower employee turnover costs, and promote both the enjoyment of work and life outside of work.


History
Founded in 2000, Smart Puzzle Inc. has helped businesses reach their top objectives. In the past, Smart Puzzle, Inc.’s consulting services included custom business marketing solutions and career coaching. The missing puzzle piece in these approaches was time management. Time management skills are the productivity tools, plans, habits and actions needed to get real results. Now Smart Puzzle, Inc. provides high-energy, high-content time management training and coaching to top executives who want to get more done faster and easier, feel more in control, and continually improve upon their habits of success.


Company Management
Smart Puzzle, Inc. was founded in July of 2000 by Serena Fuchs. Serena brings a combination of experience teaching, speaking, conducting research, and working with various industries from industrial manufacturing to law to biotech. Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego with Departmental Honors of High Distinction, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California San Diego, a Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of Hawaii, and a Certificate in Integrated Marketing from Oakton Community College in Illinois. Serena’s knowledge of personal success psychology, health science and business are the basis for the customized, take-action-now processes of Smart Puzzle Inc.’s time management and effectiveness training and coaching.
